Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable, our return and refund timelines are shorter than standard retail policies. Please read carefully.


1. Dahlia Tubers

Eligibility

  • Returns/refunds are available only if the tubers are defective (damaged, rotten, or not as described).

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Tubers must be unplanted and in the condition you received them.

Non-Eligibility

  • Tubers that have been planted or used.

  • Tubers damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

Process

  1. Email us at chaos.bloomsnz@gmail.com within 48 hours, including:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos of the defective tubers.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.


2. Flower Bundle Subscriptions

Eligibility

  • You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle for a full refund.

  • Refunds for defective flowers (damaged, wilted, or not as described) are available if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Eligibility

  • Subscriptions canceled after the next billing cycle has begun.

  • Flowers damaged due to improper care after delivery.


3. General Terms

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: Contact us immediately so we can work with our courier to resolve the issue.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. 

  • Change of Mind / Order Errors: We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind or customer order errors once an order has been placed.
